If you’re as much or more:

If you’re currently maintaining weight eating this number of calories or more, your metabolism is healthy! You can proceed straight to Fat Loss 101

If you have a slow metabolism, the protocol in Fat Loss 101 will not work effectively for you. We strongly recommend against skipping Reverse Dieting 101 if the calculator indicates you need to reverse diet first.
